Alien Landscape
Read these instructions while you're waiting for the applet to load.
This is a simulation of a flight over an alien planet. You can control the action with your mouse while the mouse cursor is over the applet.
Moving your mouse left or right will turn you in that direction. Moving forward with your mouse will increase speed. Moving backward will decrease speed to the point where you will fly in reverse!
You can't fly up or down. Only to the left, right, forward, or reverse.

Important:
While controlling your flight make small, slow movements with the mouse. It doesn't take much to completely lose control! If you do lose control, you can start over by clicking the Refresh button in your browser.
